Shannon Connex is different from other agencies, bringing 25+ years of experience in hospitality. I have worked for DMCs, event groups, and branding and marketing firms so I understand the types of candidates you are looking for and speak the hospitality language. My purpose is to be a strong advocate for both employers and candidates and help companies grow by hiring their next undiscovered talent. I'm not just a recruiter, I am your growth partner.
